By accessing or using FaceFave, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Usage License

FaceFave grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our application for personal or commercial purposes in accordance with your purchased credit plan.

You are responsible for ensuring that any photos you upload do not violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

3. Credits & Refunds

Services are purchased via "Credits".

Credits are non-transferable.
Refunds are issued at our discretion for technical failures (e.g., if the AI fails to generate a usable image).
Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
Downloading the final watermark-free photo consumes 1 credit per image.
Previews are free to generate. Signing in syncs your sessions across devices and is required to download final images.

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for high accuracy with our ID photo generation, we cannot guarantee acceptance by all government authorities due to varying regulations.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FaceFave be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
