Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how FaceFave collects and uses information when you use our website and AI profile photo studio.

2. Information we process

• Account data: your name, email address, profile image, and authentication records.
• Studio data: source photos, generated proofs, selected use cases and styles, refinements, generation prompts, and job history.
• Purchase data: package, order, and download-allowance records. Stripe processes payment details; FaceFave does not need your full card number.
• Usage data: browser and request information, daily generation counters, service logs, and analytics events.

3. How photos are stored

Source photos and generated results are stored in FaceFave's service storage, together with Studio job records, so that you can generate, review, refine, and download your work. Source photos are automatically removed after 30 days; generating again after that window requires a new upload. Generated results are not deleted merely because a browser session ends.

To request deletion of your source photos, generated images, and related Studio jobs, email privacy@facefave.com from the address associated with your account. Some transaction, security, or backup records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or system-recovery purposes.

4. How we use information

We use information to operate the Studio, generate and deliver images, maintain accounts and purchases, provide support, secure the service, diagnose failures, and understand product usage.

5. Service providers

FaceFave uses service providers for hosting and storage, databases, authentication, email, analytics, AI image generation, and payment processing. Photos and prompts are sent to the AI providers needed to perform a generation request. Those providers process data under their agreements and current policies; we do not make a broader promise about provider training or retention in this policy.

6. Analytics choices

FaceFave loads Google Analytics only after you allow analytics. We use it to understand page visits and a small set of product choices, such as selecting a use case or style. Analytics events intentionally exclude photos, names, email addresses, prompts, filenames, account IDs, job IDs, order IDs, and full query strings.

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can change it at any time using Analytics choices in the footer. Google processes the limited analytics data under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Security and your choices

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information, but no online system can be guaranteed fully secure. You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting us. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
