1. Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using FaceFave, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What FaceFave provides

FaceFave is an AI profile photo studio for professional headshots, personal-brand portraits, social profiles, and team headshots. You choose the context and creative direction, review each proof, and decide whether an image is suitable for your intended use.

AI output can vary. FaceFave does not promise that every proof will match your expectations, reproduce every facial detail, or lead to a particular professional, social, or commercial outcome.

3. Your photos and permitted use

You must have the right and permission to upload every source photo you submit. Do not upload another person's photo without their consent, or content that violates privacy, intellectual-property, or other applicable rights.

Subject to these terms, you may use portraits you download for personal or commercial profile-photo purposes. You may not use the service to impersonate, deceive, harass, or cause harm.

4. One-time packages and team projects

Individual products are sold as one-time packages rather than recurring subscriptions. Each package includes the download allowance and features shown at checkout. Downloading a full-size portrait may reduce the remaining allowance for that purchase.

Team Headshots are quoted per person according to the agreed scope. Refund availability depends on applicable law and the circumstances of the purchase. When a package is refunded or disputed, any unconsumed download allowance from that purchase is removed; completed downloads remain recorded. Contact support if a paid service cannot be delivered because of a technical failure.

5. Service availability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change models, presets, package contents, or service availability as the Studio evolves. A frozen job record may preserve the creative plan used for an existing generation, but it does not guarantee that every model or feature will remain available indefinitely.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FaceFave is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
